Management Consultant – Regulatory – Geneva

Key Roles:

To support our growing activity in Europe, we are currently looking for a dynamic enthusiastic and experienced Management Consultant with a proven track record in Regulatory Management to join our Geneva office. More specifically we are looking for a colleague to work on and lead projects in the Wealth Management, on topics such as :

  • Regulatory transformations programs
  • Impact analysis on Business processes & Systems
  • Regulatory watch

Responsibilities:

  • Lead consultant teams and actively participate in creating value for our clients through various projects in Switzerland, as well as across Europe
  • Take ownership of project management, and play a role in managing client relationships
  • Contribute on our service offerings and participate in the pursuit of new business opportunities
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including supporting internal projects, research and business development.

Requirements:

  • M.Sc. degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Engineering from a reputable Business School or Engineering School
  • 4-6 years of experience in Consulting or Project Management in financial institutions. Whereof at least 3 years of work experience obtained in Switzerland
  • Knowledge about Financial Services, Wealth Management, their operating environment
  • Deep knowledge on regulatory topics such as: LSFIN, MIFIDII, SRD2, etc.
  • Rigorous project management skills and autonomy, able to navigate in a complex client organisation
  • Very good analytical and communication skills
  • Committed to the pursuit of a professional career in management consulting
  • Good network in the Financial Services in Western Switzerland
  • Fluent in French and English (both mandatory). German is a plus
