While some corporate banks have been leading digital and tech transformation initiatives in that they must urgently address to attract & retain their clients, and remain competitive. In the past years, most are still very much lagging in the delivery of digital services to their clients. However, the landscape is rapidly changing and accelerating the need for corporate banks to transform. The next five to ten years should be decisive, with digital and technology has now become critical pillars.
