Client Needs & Objectives

The objective of the project was to conduct, over a 5-months period, a Digital Observatory on Asset Management, focusing on key “traditional” as well as “new” players, particularly in Europe and Asia.

The final objective was to design the adapted Digital Strategy and Roadmap for NN IP.

Our approach

Phase 1 : Discovery

  • Identify the key trends initiated by traditional asset managers as well as the Fintech start-ups ecosystem blossoming in AM
  • Understand why and how new, established players are entering asset management as a diversification from their core business
  • Focus on User Experience as the centre of gravity of the benchmark

Phase 2 : Strategy design

  • Present CH&Cie’s convictions on digital in Asset Management
  • Identify potential impacts on existing product roadmap and quick wins
  • Define the strategic roadmap on digital
