Anthony, Analyst

This is an intern role where you get to discover the working environment of the consulting world. It’s hands on and largely analytical work. You’ll be doing a lot of research and crunching data but you’ll also get exposure to client projects and be part of the team.

Anthony, Analyst, Hong Kong
“From the very start, I was welcomed with a great onboarding session with all the new joiners. Then, I was expected to directly contribute to the projects I was working on and take responsibility for outcomes. But with that also came direct exposure to clients. I didn’t expect those kinds of opportunities until much later in my career”.

Katya, Senior Analyst

This is our entry level position where you learn and apply basic consulting tools. You’ll be working closely with clients as well as starting to contribute to internal processes.

Katya, Senior Analyst, Montreal
“At CH&Co., projects rapidly give you a strong exposure to key stakeholders and an opportunity to be on the front lines of the financial industry’s transformation. As a team, we also actively participate in internal initiatives, that help shape the culture and grow the business. My journey recently brought me from our offices in Geneva to Montreal – the depth of experience across our geographies is a great asset. Continuous learning, people & culture are my key professional drivers.”

Vincent, Consultant

Now you fully understand the client’s business issues and challenges and are able to take initiatives both on client projects and internally. You’ll be expected to work autonomously and propose solutions that reflect a full understanding of the client’s business issues and challenges. You’ll also be proactive in contributing to internal processes.

Vincent, Consultant, Montreal
“As a consultant,  your teamwork skills will be brought to the next level in a friendly atmosphere! The managing team is behind you and they will provide you with the advice and tools for your success. Your exposure to major financial institutions  as well as fintechs and innovation actors will soon give you a wide knowledge of the financial eco-system.”

Johanna, Senior Consultant

This is when you fully master the consulting skills. You’ll need to be able to structure a module, anticipate client roadblocks and begin to write proposals. You’ll also be driving internal business activity while starting to coach junior staff.

Johanna, Senior Consultant, London
“As a Senior Consultant, I deliver on client assignments with a significant level of autonomy. I have an impact on business. I bring ideas whether I’m working on internal initiatives or on client projects. I build my specific technical expertise based on the assignments and play an important role when it comes to onboarding and training new joiners as well as promoting the team spirit. That is part of the preparation to become a manager.”

Jit Yew, Manager

You represent the management of the firm both internally and externally. You’re now expected to lead projects and drive through results. Jit Yew, Manager, New York
“As a manager, the ability to multitask is key. I work on a diverse range of topics that are at the forefront of global banks’ priorities.  I give clear guidance and support to our juniors. Being a mentor helps me develop coaching skills. Also, I acquire sales skills, advise our clients wisely, and constantly drive impactful initiatives that are innovative and customized. Global mobility is a plus, where I have been based out of CH&Co. offices in Singapore, Hong Kong and New York, travelling occasionally to various locations within each region”
